Right now I use Neovim.
To install plugins on first run, put the `.config/nvim` folder in your `.config` directory and run `nvim`. Then
run `PlugInstall`.
Make sure you run `./install.py --all` in the YouCompleteMe Directory. Additionally you will want to run:
